The sizing chart that is provided above comes to us from the shirt manufacturer, and is generally accurate. However, our experience has shown us that the shirts sometimes fit a little smaller than the measurements provided. This is because there can be some variation in the cotton from different mills. It can also be because the fabric can contract a bit during shipping and storage, and during the printing process. The "bottom-line" is that we suggest that you use the sizing specifications as a guide, but consider going up a size if you are of the mind-set that it is "better to be a bit large than to be a bit too small."
When we have all the sizes on-hand needed for your order, we can get them out the door in a day or two. However, if we don't have sufficient stock on-hand to complete your order, we must print more shirts. Because these are custom screen-printing orders, please allow 5 to 7 business days for printing, plus shipping time. If your "needs-by" date is less than 2 weeks away, please contact us at email@example.com before placing an order.
All orders ship from Nashville, TN. You may choose any shipping method you prefer.
USPS Priority Mail is 2 to 3 days to most locations. It doesn't necessarily relate directly to the distance from Nashville. For example, it can be 3 days to most of Missouri, but 2 days to the far northwest corner of Washington state.
UPS Ground is more directly related to distance from Nashville. We've provided delivery time maps for both UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail for your reference. In addition to UPS Ground, you may also choose UPS Second Day Air, Next Day Air, or any other service offered at checkout. Please remember that if you choose any UPS service, you need to provide a physical ship-to address, and not just a P.O. Box number. UPS 3-Day Select is one of the shipping options, and can be a good choice for West Coast and Mountain states which are generally 4 - 6 days via UPS Ground, but not for locations in the rest of the country. Most of the rest of the country is 3 days or less from Nashville using UPS Ground, so for most states, UPS Ground will be the best option, rather than the more expensive 3-Day Select.

Do you need to make a return?
Downloaded products (PDFs, MP3s, etc.) are not refundable. All other merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within thirty (30) days from the original invoice date for a refund. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply call us at 615-376-4431 to obtain instructions and return authorization.
Remember, you must call within thirty (30) days of the invoice date to obtain return authorization. Do not return any products to us before you have spoken with us by phone and received return authorization. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
You will pay for the cost of shipping your return back to us unless the products were mis-shipped to you, or are defective. Items that were wrongly shipped to you are always fully returnable at no cost to you. We will replace defective products, or you may request a refund.
Returned products must meet these specifications:
CD, CD-ROM and DVD products must not have had the shrink-wrap removed.
Products must be received by us in new, salable condition (please take care in packaging for return to ensure that they aren’t damaged during shipment).
The following items are not returnable unless they are defective, or mis-shipped to you:

Return Policy for T-Shirts
A 10% restocking fee applies on all returned shirts. Only unworn shirts may be returned, and they must arrive back to us in new, saleable condition. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If the return causes the net quantity purchased to fall into a lower discount bracket, the amount of credit applied will reflect this difference.
